That's actually very possible. Because of the whole BACC vs Reed debacle and Mark's remarks Wizard was getting tons of bad press through WUMB, along with posters registering for the sole purpose of voicing their concern and disappointment about their cons and magazine. No more WUMB means no more public complaints and 'unofficial statements' from Wizard employees.

^ It worked for me. I feel somewhat responsible for contributing to them pulling the message board after posting a topic pointing out that the magazine dropped from 144 pages down to a paltry 88 in just over a year and a half, losing some 16 pages in the span of a few months (now down to 80, I'm told). I think it's just survivor's guilt, though. Laughing

Well still not back up. Talk about scorched Earth. If they were going to redesign it, they could at least have alerted the people who still post over there. I feel kind of bad for them...

If it's down permanently, a)wow, what a knee-jerk reaction and b)why is this not surprising in the least.
