#6 was fantastic. Huntress vs. Shiva was epically awesome. Nice to see Sin again as well.

#6 was ok but I am getting sick of the constant artist changes. Find someone and stick with them. I understand that Ed is having some problems I think with his health and I feel badly about it but dammit, get an artist and stick with him or her. Why did the Huntress look Asian in some panels? Eh. I like the book well enough but it's hanging by a thread.

That was the hardest thing I've seen in a long time. It totally made me want to get in a fight just to try that move. Great issue.

Birds of Prey #6

Great issue. Huntress was just awesome in this issue. I love her.

I still miss Benes on art. I liked the artist that started and ended this issue, but the art in the middle (well, closer to the end, but it was in the middle of the other artist's work) wasn't my favorite.

I thought the issue was good but I thought overall I didn't care much for the arc overall. I know the art problems wasn't anyone's fault but it just added to the overall series. I'm done with this. I like Gail but I'm just not as interested as I thought I would be.

Interesting start to the new storyline with #7. I'm digging it so far.

Ditto. Definitely felt an old school BOP flair...best issue since #1.

Loved it.

I'm glad we have a new regular artist. The art was great.

I'm very happy that Savant isn't plotting against Barbara. I was worried for a minute.

I liked it. I will say that I didn't dig it as much as #6, but that issue will be hard to beat, IMO. That said, BoP is one of my favorite series. i look forward to reading it every time it comes out.

^It's a very real possibility, but I hope it's not the case. I like the idea of Barbara rehabilitating Savant and Creote.

Hopefully all the artistic shuffling will come to an end now that Jesus Saiz is joining as the regular penciller. Great news as far as I'm concerned. I've been a huge fan of his ever since I first saw his work on Manhunter.

#8 was rollicking good times. I like this "new" Batman throwing his old allies off a little. Hawk calling Penguin that after watching his outburst about it was dickish and totally in character, and I loved it.

Still, I'm wondering when this is happening in regards to the Dove/Deadman lovin' going on over in Brightest Day.

BOP's always good, this was one of the better issues lately as Guillem March's art went a bit above Syrf's. Simone's knack for characterization is simply fab. There's a cast of thousands here and not for one moment do I feel lost. Sure, this was another "plot advancer" but a very good one at that.

It was a good issue wasn't it. I thought March's art was pretty consistent with Syaf's actually so it wasn't too jarring (I also thought Syaf was going to be the new regular artist - so much for that!).

I'm not sure what a "plot advancer" is exactly but I thought this had a bit of everything - some action, story, character interaction, etc. This really is an excellent comic. I just hope it gets the sales it deserves.

plot advancer was in quotes because it's not a real term, I was basically saying it was an issue that pushed that plot along but made no real mark or significance....as in nothing earth-shattering happened, no surprises, just a well told story to push along...

Loved it as usual. The art was great.

I too loved how the new Batman was throwing them off.

The Penguin/Hawk stuff was good.

I think my favorite moment in the issue was when Helena was so enamored with Batman and Dinah fighting together.

I thought it was really cool to see what Dinah was going through in her mental torture. And I loved the Longbow Hunters reference.

Yeah, #9 rocked. Zinda once again steals my heart. And Babs is so totally obviously not dead.
