That funky little sharp thing on the upper left hand side of the character's cape looks like part of Exodus' costume, the redemption line fits him and his state of mind the last time he popped up back in X-Menn Legacy.

Now there's a real brain teaser, if it is him how in the world would he wind up on an Avengers team?

I think Moonie, Tasky, and Shroud are all good possibilities. Because if Cap is heading this operation, he's had some sort of relationship with all these guys in the past so it makes sense if he asks them to join.

He's a fairly underused character, which always seems to appeal to Bru and he's one heck of a heavy hitter, I think the only pyschics currently around that could outclass him are Xavier, Emma, and Nate Grey.

Last time he showed up he denounced Magneto's ways and went on a journey to find a new way, which fits in with the salvation line.

If it does wind up being him I'll definitely be on board to see how he's put to use.

If I'm wrong hopefully he'll pop up somewhere else soon.

Another interesting thought, let's assume that first one is Beast and the second is Exodus, are they putting together an all mutant team of Avengers?

^Exodus would be way out of left field, but ya never know I guess. I do remember him wanting to reform his ways the last time we saw him. I still think its highly unlikely lol.

Is anybody else tired of the whole "characters in the shadows" Marvel seems to be doing? While it does make great discussion, it does get a bit tiring IMO. But so far it looks good, and the creative team looks like a definite win!

The book will ship thrice monthly, so that they only have to have one Avengers book, except it's already not the only Avengers book out there. Also, each issue will have five covers, and you can only order one issue for every five copies of a Morrison DC book you burn in effigy.

Bru talks Secret Avengers, he said the book will have espionage elements to it, so Taskmaster definitely makes the most sense with that second image.
