InvestComics Forum's skin theme

Hey there folks, now as many of you know by now. I've been running the InvestComcis Forum. Which is basically a forum fo Jay Katz' website InvestComics. Similar to this place in respects. But anyways, after all kinds of crazy things involving skin themes and multiple ones. Jay, myself, and the rest of the staff there got together to settle the issue permanently. And thanks to the efforts of Kameo Kid. A light Blue theme was born and it is our permanent theme for a long time to come. Granted, we may change up the banner every now and then. But that is it.
