Not to bitch and moan but lately there is to many dirty threads. By dirty threads i mean the anal sex thread, the oral sex thread the porn star thread, the adult thread. I know here at Pop! its not as family friends as the wumb was but i think its little over done as late. I know can not go them and for most part i am not. They are tempting to me. I'm trying to avoid things like that. I'm trying to quit all things porn and those threads really don't help.

I'm quitting porn mainly cause one for its really digusting if you think about it. It sex takes something beautiful between a husband and wife and drags in the mud. Also my Belief system doesn't encourage it and i've struggled with it for to long and am really trying to break myself of it.

to bad there isn't a subform for all the adult stuff. At my previous forum we had a subforum called the blueroom where all things porn related went. It was password protected to keep out the minors and anyone who didn't want in like me.

I wonder if there is a way to divide it up, make a blueroom sort of section that a admin has to add folks to that is closed to those that don't want to see it. Yeah i just repaeted what was just said. I am good at that. :P
Anyway, I see where you are coming from Kid, I myself don't go for over the top raunch and I have had several intresting expierences with it on other online venues that I participate in.

You have a point-I literally don't enter the adult threads but posted the pornstar thread just because it was intresting. But I agree with this-I think it should happen but the administrators and moderators will have to crack down on it if things get out of hand, you know what I mean

Also, to be fair (if it's possible),maybe we can filter the adult forum. So you'll have to be at least 17 or 18+.

um....ok....just make a new room...put all of them in there...so the virgin eyes don't burn. when i'm at work i have enough self control to NOT go into anything except the infinite post thread or the tv/movie, video games, or marvel section. (odd that while at work some of you do not share that restraint.) and when i'm home, well i have no children to peek in to see what daddy's doing so....yeah i can look at what i want. i know not all have that luxury, but at the same time if the phrases "Who Are Your Favorite Pornstars?" and " The Super-Official Anal/oral/monkey Sex Appreciation Thread" don't make you just go..."i'll stay in the other section while i'm at my 9 to 5" or whatever, i can't really say much. it's not like the stuff doesn't have "NSFW" or that spoiler link all over most of the stuff, and it's not like porn or sexual things are this deep dank dark ass secret that only pervs share, it only makes like 5 billion a year. but if YOU can't help going into the anal sex thread at work, that isn't my fault, stop trying to fap-off at work and you know...work.
and last but not least you have at least one person on the ENTIRE site with a dirty name (not to single out or to say anything wrong about wade but it's a point i'm trying to make) so in general if i'm in the comics, video games, or whereever at work i still have to act like i'm in a NSFW room because the name Dr. Wade Fucking McNasty, he's all over the place. again no offence because he's a cool guy, just stating a fact.

Colossus has a point. I'm not entirely certain why the message board has to change because you have religious issues with porn or because you have issues with self-control. I too have issue with porn and try and limit myself, hence why I rarely post in those threads. I don't feel that the board should change to accomodate me. There are alot of things that, from a religious standpoint, bother me and I wish could be changed but that would just be me imposing my beliefs on others which would not be cool and in many ways unfair to them. In any case, if the reason was due to the admins wanting to make this site more suitable for minors I'd understand to an extent since setting up a "blue room" would still prove useless because anyone can lie about their age (I think it's common practice for kids to say they are over 18 on the internet. So common it's automatic). In the end I simply don't see what this will do other than give the perception that the board is "clean" when it really isn't.

All I can say Kid is stay strong. I thought the anal thread was a little over the top but I don't go in there ( ) so it doesn't bother me to much. But I respect what you're trying to accomplish.

To be fair, I made the Anal Thread as a joke. But, to each there own. The blue room, or whatever, doesn't sound like a bad idea. Anal beads could be the door. Here we go again! Whaw-whaw-whaaaaw.

Don't post other stuff there, and don't post that stuff anywhere else. And if you find a thread that SHOULD be there, link one of us to it. Thank you.
