So damned good. Way to catch The Mist easter egg, too. I was totally geeking during that opening scene and my wife just stared at me blankly.

Great series.

Not quite as good at the end of it, but I loved the idea that pretty much everything King's written ties together in some way.

I've been wanting to read this series for quite some time now. I enjoyed the GN that we saw from Marvel a while ago. But I read that it's very dissected compared to what goes on in the books.

I had read a lot of King's short stories. The bf got me to read The Dark Tower series. I loved it. And I will tell any one at all who wants to read King to read The Dark Tower series first. Then if they want to read other King, start at the start of his works and move forward. I could not believe how much he inter-winds his stories! And yes I want my own Oy. (I read all these in Audio Book) The characters just came to life in my head. At times I didn't want the story to end. Then at others I was so sad I just wanted to get past that part and on to the next. And really after reading The Dark Tower series can anyone ever really put just one label on King?

Looks like Marvel is adapting "Little Sisters of Eluria" for their next DT mini. Should be interesting, but they might have to pad it out a little to make it 5 issues.
