With a name like Panels On Pages you would think there would be more emphasis on the comics in the original anyway. You guys are turning into the CCC of podcasts.

You watch your whore mouth.

Mahoney, another instant hit! I'm with Knize... I think the only reason to keep doing the PoP!Cast is so that there can be more material for the Last Week in PoP! Cast

A million times YES.

Comedy from truth is my favorite. You gals talking over each other is like Lee and his giant head. Kerouac and his pronunciations. Me and the All Noob Revue. Kerouac and his wardrobe. Jose and his Mom. Kerouac and his tendency to talk about comics for 4 hours. Thacher being old. Kerouac.

I see what you did there.

Thanks all!

Many thanks to Eli - that had me in tears the first time I heard it. "A magazine was a collection of dead trees"

That line had me cackling like a fool, and Eli's reactions to the comic talk is always one of my favorite things. Even if we don't agree (which I find we usually do) I know Eli will always have some interesting and insightful comments. And of course, it'll be hysterical. Ultimately hysterical.

I agree with Eli entirely on this. For a "comic book" podcast, we don't spend a HELL of a lot of time talking comics or doing comic related stuff, and for anyone to give me shit about the amount of time I focus on it is kind of laughable. Yeah, I know, sometimes I get way too into detail on a particular book, but I feel that's what our podcast is SUPPOSED to be about.

Do you know why Gail Simone has commented on Thacher's podcast and not ours? She doesn't have to sit through an hour and a half of show before they talk about comics.

Seriously, Dan, Eli, FANTASTIC stuff!

The PanelsOnPages.com PoP!Cast is as much (if not more) about comics as the Main Site or the forums are. FACT.

And if I recall, Gail Simone commented that the Superfly PoP!cast was funny. You could try to work on that a little bit more.

You would need to know how incredibly soft and even the SF audio usually looks to truly understand how terrifying that sounder looks.

I eagerly await the release!

Also, slowly but surely I will steal Gail from all of you, so this arguement doesn't matter. *Evil grin*

Putting Duct Tape on the ring defeats the purpose. It's cheating. The rings should work well without a cheap duct tape fix. Sad (I sound like I'm arguing about the iPhone now) Very Happy

It doesn't matter, I know a guy. Very Happy He and I have discussed making one specifically for me. Very Happy It'll be nicer than those POS's from DC Direct. Very Happy

The set's only like 50 bucks, which isn't too bad. My only concern is that they likely won't fit me any better than the freebie Blackest Night rings do.

The DC Direct rings made from the same molds that the free rings are. They're the same size.

Seriously, if you like the one I posted I can get you the guys contact info. They're a little more expensive BUT you can get one (or all of them) in whatever size you need AND there's no annoying gap in the back. Very Happy

PLUS, I think he's done EVERY style of Green Lantern ring. Very Happy He's even done one for Kilowog. Very Happy
