Green Lantern: Larfleeze Christmas Special

It was nice to see Booth penciling a book again. I used to love his stuff back on Backlash during the 90's.

I felt this was a lot of fun!

and now I wanna make the cookies

Larfleeze for some reason to me is such a great supporting character in the Green Lantern lore, the perfect jester/villain, so different from Sinestro and Atrocitus, and I thought he was totally deserving of a one-shot. Teaching Larfleeze, the avatar of avarice, the Spirit of Christmas....pretty damn funny. The art was good too.

GL #61 gave Atrocitus his own one-shot (essentially) and I thoroughly enjoyed that issue as well. Kudos to Johns

either way it would be in intersesting dynamic though I am pretty sure he had to kill his own brother to get the orange light. or atleast one of his kind.

I'm pretty sure it was his brother as well. I kind of wonder what Larfleeze was like when he was little.

Finally read this. I enjoyed it. I feel bad for Larfleeze.

I really hope that there weren't any young kids who still believe in Santa who read this.

I think Amanda might be making me the cookies for my Bday.

I was a bit disappointed.

It just didn't seem worth the $3.99 price tag to me.

This will be on my holiday reading list.

I would agree that it probably wasn't $4 good, but at the end of the day that extra $1 doesn't really bother me

Really? You don't mind spending the same amount on three $4 comics as you would on four $3 comics, especially seeing as how they usually have the same page count?

Honestly, I don't. Not if I found the issue enjoyable. I don't have the energy to bitch over a dollar. It's not going to break me
