I'm with the starchy one, but will add "Damn you X-Box 360 owners!" as well since I've got a PC and won't be playing my copy for a few days now.

It was really nice have the voice actors form the old Batman cartoon back. No more sand paper throat! FTW!

I guess there are 3 slightly different endings depending on what difficulty you beat it on.

I read they were all the same, just three different characters are shown at the end.

I got the Bane ending.

If you have the ps3 version you can. You have to download it from the psn store for free i believe.

My favorite scene was during one of the Scarecrow scenes where Joker is bringing Bats to Arkham. Didn't realize you could duck the gunshot though, but next playthrough I'll have to give that a go.

So, my over-arcing opinion on this game has been that it's a bad game but a great Batman experience. In facing off against a couple of the main Bat-Villains, I've been forced to rethink that evaluation. Sure, it's great that to solve Riddler's puzzles, I actually have to solve them myself instead of the game pointing to the solutions for me. And sure Harley and Joker are pitch perfect insane, but Scarecrow and Bane SUCKED!

:Gripe about the handling of certain villains to follow. Very spoileriffic:

Spoiler:
As your elevator descends and Batman coughs a bit, I immdeiately think SCARECROW! Sure enough, after the elevator ride, I encounter the corpse of Jim Gordon and a spooky shadow in the background. Follow the shadow into the morgue, and the lockers are all opening and closing while voices implore me to leave. Try to leave, though, and you wind up back in the morgue, though the lockers are at rest now and there are three body bags in the middle of the room. The first holds the zombie corpse of Thomas Wayne, the second Martha, both of whom talk to you. The third contains Scarecrow, who bursts forth and knocks you unconscious. Pretty awesome, right? But then you come to in what I can only describe as the astral plane - a half missing rendition of the morgue floating above a giant vortex of energy, with a giant sized Scarecrow hovering in the middle of the "room." You must run around the perimeter, avoiding being seen. As you do, you morph into Scarecrow off and on. If Crane sees you, he squashes you dead. Eventually, you reach the Bat Signal and use it to Carebear stare his ass into submission.

WHAT!?

Everything after the fake dead Jim and the body bags feels more like you're fighting the Shadow King than Doc Crane. Why would fear toxin cause Batman to see this spazzy reality? Or a giant Scarecrow? This just didn't work for me.

Then, we get Bane, who's reduced to the Rhino. Yes, Bane charges at you across the screen, and you've got to Batarang him which will make him lose sight of where he's going. He'll run into the wall and hurt himself, and after he does that 6 times, he'll be done. This is boring, strips away any of Bane's intellect, and poses the question "What's left for Kroc?"

THe mishandling of these two characters was really a disappointment, and I hope it doesn't prove to be a trend.

I've heard people bitch about the ending, and I, for one, do NOT get it. I thought it ended as well as it could have, all things considered. The final battle was at least as good as what we got with Poison Ivy and Scarecrow, and the setup for a sequel was obviously going to be there, so... what gives?
