Basically like the subtext says, ask about books or help vouch for a good or bad read on those asked.
I just came across this title, and it seemed kind of cool.
It's basically a dark version of Peter Pan retold by Brom, with, of course, illustrations and paintings. Thing is, I don't think I've ever read Peter Pan. Maybe in the past. It might give me initiative to finally do that.
And, never having read a Stephen King novel or the fact that this one doesn't come out until next tuesday, Nov. 10th, Under the Dome.
It's basically people trapped under an inpenetrable "glass" dome and chaos begins. As soon as I read this I laughed because I thought of, like you, The Simpsons Movie. King was very surprised by this news, having never seen the flick, apparently, but I don't know. Maybe he's finally run out of ideas. Oddly, much like The Simpsons. I honestly still think it sounds cool. I will say that a 1088 page novel is a bit...much. I mean...sheesh. I imagine the paperbacks, specifically the pocketbook format, will be cut up into a trilogy.
