Well this book is still pretty much on the same Cable/Hope/Bishop storyline, but this issue had some pretty interesting developments. I like the relationship between Hope and Emil, his sacrifice was sad, hopefully he survived and they meet again one day. But I'm annoyed that Bishop survived lol. I've always liked the character but I'm tired of this same storyline of him chasing Hope, there really needs to be a conclusion soon.

well did yosee on the last page the cover to the next issue? it looks like hope is an adult on it and it says homecoming

Yeah I saw it, but the fact that Bishop is still around and after them means this little chase ain't over...

I think bishop will die though, and we will get another Bishop from a timeline where he didn't go insane.

I wouldn't mind that one bit at all, kill them both. I've never cared for either one. Nate Grey is what cable could have been,.... which is awesome!

Yeah, Homecoming, it's the story of Hope and Cable getting back to present, from what I've heard they'll be bouncing all over the place, not just in the future, so that's a switch up.

i hope that will be the end of this story already. the truth is what villains does cable have already for him to carry a title by himself for a long time?

Stryfe, Apocalypse, Sinister, Rob Liefield, and an insane bishop. Really though I've hated him since new mutants 87

Cable may very well be doomed in the near future with the far more interesting version, Nate Grey, of him back in 616 continuity.

This Cable ongoing has really drug out, not really the series fault, it's had to wait while the rest of the X-Books get to the point where Second Coming is supposed to happen. Could the creative team done a better job? Absolutely. Are they to blame? Only partially, personally I say we just blame Matt Fraction and call it good.

Great to see Hope growing up and finally displaying some of her power. I'm hoping this constant back and forth with them and Bishop ends very soon though. I can't believe Cable let him live like an idiot.
