Geoff Johns with all his prolific writing jobs at DC for the last 5 years, is also responsible for a massive body count all over the DCU. While Ralph Dibny (Elongated Man) lost his wife Sue in the hands of Brad Meltzer and later sacrificed his life in 52 (Johns was part of the writing team but it's unknown who was in charge of Ralph's plot), Johns recently "revived" Ralph and Sue as bloodthirsty superpowered zombies (or Black Lanterns as they call them now) in the pages of Blackest Night*.
The Red Bee is a ridiculous forgotten DC character whom only story I ever read was a humorous strip in Bizarro World (shameless plug!)
What Chris Sims suggests here is that despite the Red Bee's lack of good treatment ever and not being featured anywhere currently, he better not be tempted to let Mr. Johns handle his comeback. Of course, there's no chance Geoff Johns, a real person, could pay a call to the Red Bee, a fictional character. All he'll have to do to get his blood-soaked paws on the poor guy is telling his editors and they'll serve his head on a platter.

(* I wouldn't call that a spoiler. The Dibnys been that for couple of years now each and it's only natural that EVERY dead character in the DCU will be "resurrected" in this story event. It's like reading Secret Invasion and not assume that when it ends every fucking idiotic plotline from the last decade will be retconned.)
