Cap has "super strength", "super reflexes", "vibranium shield" and "American values" to back him against Tony's "corporate" and "modern America" ideals. Besides, the "inside" of his "armor" stinks from a "vodka and urine" cocktail.

No. Cap once defeated Tony by shutting him down with some device but the thing he contributed to that was decieving Iron Man; and Steve's eventual "defeat" came only in the form of surrender after he realized the damage the fighting caused.

Exactly... his guilt is his weakness. Figured that when he takes down Iron Man and has an opportunity to finally rid of him, he will feel guilty and wonder why he is even fighting him and then Stark will just give him the rocket launcher treatment.

And come on... corporate suits always win over the blue collar American and his very old school values.

Nah. Iron Man is a one-man-army, given, but Rogers has literally taken on armies. So...

Cap all the way. He has the combat skill to overcome the tech advantage of Iron Man.

I consider myself a very patiriotic individual for starters. I don't believe it makes you anymore un-American based upon who you choose in this fight. Ironman (tony stark) is a sybmol of American injinuity at its best, Captain America (steve rogers) is the symbol of dedication, honor, and duty. They both have gumption, they are both commited to the greater good, they just don't agree.

Now with this in mind, street fight, no armor, no shield, Cap wins 99.9% of the fights. Full armor vs cap with shield, you would have to be loony toons to think that a man with a shield can win against somebody that has inpenitrable, flying armor, and an entire arsenal onboard. This fight goes 90% in Iron man's favors give or take 9%.

Don't go on and even try to argue about prep time, the whole prep time thing is tired with batman and crap already. This is just, ah crap i have to fight this guy scenario I assume.
