lol I saw those commercials the other day and my wife commented at how fat he had gotten. Besides being plump hes doing commercials so things are not lookin real good.

I look better than I've looked in years...granted I've been dieting, but there ya go.

I definitely look better in my late twenties than I ever did in high school and I'm a good seventy pounds heavier.

Didn't see the need to see my quote a 3rd time I'm 43(Shudders) and that's what has happened to me riv1. I'm trying to work off the sympathy weight I gained when my wife was pregnant. Of course being a stay at home Dad doesn't help though. I've definitely let myself go and wish it wasn't so hard to get back into shape. While my wife loves me with a little meat on my bones, I wouldn't mind getting rid of some of it. We have a 5 month old who is going to probable skip crawling and right into walking before I know it

I actually think he looks better with a little extra weight. I don't know why.

I love the commercials he does. He actually says my hometown in one. It's sad that I get excited when I hear it.

Still, with losing weight, you gotta do it slowly, any kind of crash dieting's just gonna give you temp results. Chase that little kid around the house and get your cardio!

That's how I get most of my exercise nowadays.

He's only 5 months old, not alot of running around at the moment. Yeah, I don't think I'll do the dieting thing, not very good at that. I could do something that kicks my cardio into high gear.

Biking's always good.

Yeah, I'm going to try and start walking my dog again and work my way back up to running.
