I'd say yes, but don't stress it if you haven't. The movie looks--from the pieces I've gathered--like a pretty blunt adaptation of the first or first two arcs. The series is only 4 volumes long, though. I think you'd dig the character Aisha and Jensen. They're always the two that stick out the most to people.
