I had no idea about this character until Tomer suggested her for the Boobalicious Six-Pack. Now I WANT to read EVERY page....slowly.

I picked up the three issue Bomb Queen II and while I enjoyed it and thought it was funny, it was enough to fill my Bomb Queen quota.

I'm proud to say I actually DON'T care for this book. I'll take a million issues of Tarot over one of Bomb Queen.

Jerry is such a stan for this book, but I've heard so many other people call it garbage... I gotta check it out for MYSELF someday...

I never read it but from what I heard - and Jerry can correct me if I'm wrong - it's knowingly contains big bust protagonist and goes for the camp as a joke about the treatment of female characters in mainstream superhero comic books.

I've never read this but I'm going to do my breast...i mean best to fondle...damn...I'm mean find this boob...er..book.

Reading Bomb Queen is like watching Porky's, as far as I'm concerned. It's tongue in cheek sexcapades that aren't "bad" but don't have enough substance to back them up, as far as I'm concerned.

I know people will groan, but I much preferred Chuck Austen's short lived WorldWatch which was equally purile but at least had some serious drama tied into it. ::shrugs::

The only problem that I have with Bomb Queen is it's a bit of a one-note joke. I enjoy the joke, but it's not one I need to read on a monthly basis.

EXACTLY! It's like... how many fart threads do we really need from the PoPplers?

I really enjoy Bomb Queen, but I fully understand its a premise that can't support a monthly, thats why I like the mini-series format.

Well...I guess it's not fixed...the link is incorrect for whatever reason.

I'm a huge fan of Bomb Queen.

And not just because I got named dropped in an issue either.
