I saw that you are looking at alternatives to CafePress to print them. You may want to check out VistaPrint.com and SnapFish.com

VistaPrint does a wide variety of printing and you can customize the calendar dates and such.

SnapFish is primarily a place to have photos printed, but they do make nice calendars. We have ordered calendars from them for family presents for the past 3 years.

They may be worth checking out, and you may be able to get a better price.
