a question for those who own a ps3 xbox live or a wii

What is the internet like on them is it as good as a pc? and which is the best for internet useage?

I have a PS3 and I know that java and flash don't work 100% on it. I can watch YouTube videos, but not streaming videos from pages like CBS or NBC. As for the other two, I'm not sure. I know my brother can view YouTube on his Wii, but I'm not sure what he can't access with it.

could this site be acessed on one of those computers? or something like google

Google can, I haven't tried hitting message boards. I'll try to post when I get back from the gym tonight.

I've gone on the internet with my Wii and it's okay if you're just checking things quick, but I wouldn't want to spend a great length of time on it. It's good if you wanna watch youtube videos.

No, it has a cat 5 port (least my model does) Wireless is just nicer

There are, but I think there are only 2 ports on the newer models, so if you pick up peripherials that need usb (like Guitar Hero/Rock Band, headset, etc) you'll probably need a usb hub as well.

I don't think those kind of games are in my future

PS3's the way to go, especially with the impending price drop.

Not sure how the 'net is on the Wii. I'd imagine it's not very good though. They just made the browser free again (when it initially debuted, it was free, then they went to charging something like $15 for it), but I haven't downloaded it yet.
