To the Friends of PanelsOnPages.com,
In the short time before the New Year, we at PanelsOnPages.com are trying to rally together our respective Fangirls of the Month for a Fangirl of the Month 2010 CALENDAR.
Our Fangirl of the Month Archive: http://panelsonpages.com/?cat=265
Our Current FGotM and PoP! Contributor, Tripper McGee!: http://panelsonpages.com/?p=14616
Here's the concept: Each Fangirl gets their respective month (in relation to the publish date of their article), with an artist's representation of each Fangirl as a Superhero in theme with the month (also in theme with their interview). Included with each month is a legit photo inset and an excerpt from their interview. Each month will also feature "geek" related dates within the calendar portion, like movie releases, comic cons, etc.
Our Fangirls are excited for the concept, NOW, we just need artists willing to donate their time and work. That's where you folks come in. Anyone that would be interested in helping us out with this would be greatly appreciated, and we'd be glad to provide promotion for you within the pages of the calendar. I know this is short notice, but if we can have everyone locked down by the 1st of December with artwork going to the printer by Dec 13th, then we can get calendars into peoples' hands by the 1st of the year. Also, if you know anyone that might be interested, send them our way!
If interested, or if you'd like to know more information, please respond to this thread, or send an email to jknize@panelsonpages.com, and we'll coordinate accordingly.
Thanks again for being part of the extended PoP! Family!
