As opposed to the rumors, Tom Defalco is not gone from Marvel and will continue writing Spider-Girl stories - but this time as a digital comic book.

Man! This is just one more way for Joe Q to force us to read "his" Spider-Man. He HATES Spider-Girl. I knew it. Rolling Eyes

You KNOW someone's thinking it.

Why does Marvel keep catering to these 8 fans? Laughing

These 8 fans are very loud and draw attention, so it makes the industry media outlets call shenanigans every time Joe Quesada threatens to cancel the book.

Anyone heard about the first time Quesada (and then Marvel President Bill Jemas) decided to cancel Spider-Girl? They received a touching letter from a little girl who expressed her true love for the character and begged for Quesada not to cancel the book. Eventually they gave it a second chance (I'm sure not just because of one letter) but months later Quesada found out that the letter was actually written by a 30 year old Spider-Girl fan.

Only further proving... Joe Q DOES have a heart.
