Actually I wrote that originally but now I say, screw you dude. How can one person say something so heartless and horrible. You say help America first? Well when was the last time you went down and served food in a bread line? When was the last time you tried to help tutor a kid who has no father/mother figure? Dude you come across as a very classless human being. Help America? Where were you when America needed help in New Orleans?

I watched it, also donated a few days ago, didn't donate much, but every little bit helps. I thought Madonna was amazing. I am a huge fan of early Madonna and seeingher perform Like A Prayer was awesome.

Muhammad Ali didnt look very good. Had Chris Rock read for him. I have grown tired of Madonna but tonight she had a very good performance

I too have grown tired of Madonna and I think that is why I enjoyed her performance tonight, I haven't seen her in the media in a few years, plus she did a song I really like. Ali did look bad. As much as I like Taylor Swift, her performance was rather bland. I wasn't knocked out with the Jay-Z, Rhianna, Bono, Edge song either. regardless, it was all for a good cause, hopefully this tragedy will pass soon and rebuilding will be done quickly.

I did like the Justin Timblerlake song, not sure why. Agreed I think Taylor Swift may be better not live.... Agreed get the rebuilding done quickly and easily....

I was probably where I usually am, in Chicaqo. I'm sure my tax dollars went to help the people in NO. I can be so heartless and cold because I have to be. Look at all the people in the jobless thread in the Abyss. Help them first at least they're Americans. At least I got some responses for your thread.

I was unemployed for 6 months last yer, no unemployment either. I went through my savings pretty bad. I still gave to Haiti because I dont belive in Americans, I don't belive in Africans, I dont belive in Hispanics, I dont belive in the English. we are all humans

Oh my god it's so tragic what happened to Haiti. Everyone should do everything they possibly can to help. If you don't, you're a heartless piece of shit.

There was no tryng to guilt anyone into donating in my post, I just think that comments like help Americans first are rather ignorant. Are we all not human? Anyone that refuses to help based on where someone lives has some serious issues to work out within themselves.

^ haha. I have to agree with Denim on this one. Neither him or I were trying to put peer pressure on anyone to donate. I could not donate because I am like you Gandicles, barely enough money in the account to get food for one week, but as Denim said saying to screw over an entire group of people because they are not American is a dumb comment. If you dont want to donate great, I just started this thread because of all of the stars and celebs that were present. I did not want to bring up the donation thing because no one should be guilted into donating (even though thats sort of what they do with those telethons lol)... But for someone who just comes into a thread to put people down for something is nothing more than a troll....

This thread is easily showcasing who is absolutely classless. And if you've been looking for work for two years, you're obviously not looking that damn hard. I assume you're coasting by on unemployment or welfare? If so, and I'm sure it's a yes, otherwise, how the hell have you survived for two years? Gandicles has been receiving our charity for a while now, and still wants to bitch about people in Hati getting it too.

I love this place I ain't trolling. I've been nothing but honest and straight forward with you people. I've been out of work for two months not two years and when I work I make $40+ an hour. I misspoke it's not that I don't care about Haiti but rather I'm in a position to do nothing about it. I must admit that if I were rich enough I'd have no problem helping them out. For the record I'm low class, blue collar, and loving it. God bless Haitians.

I just rewatched the telethon now for the 3rd time...While most of the performances were amazing, JT and Matt Morris' cover of "Hallelujah" really stands out.

I watched it and enjoyed it. Donated to the number and bought all the music on iTunes. Great stuff and such a worthy cause.
