Jay Leno is on the hunt for a new Tonight Show bandleader, as musical yes-man Kevin Eubanks has announced he'll abandon the cushy gig in a few weeks. I happened to snag a copy of the tryout flyer that Leno's been posting all over Burbank...and it turns most of us are over-qualified.
