Still trying, guys. I've exported Episode 1 three ways and uploaded 2 so far with the same result (choppy as hell...only showing like every 30th frame).

I've tried changing the frame rate to 24 and 30, I've tried lowering the "quality" of the whole thing....and to top it off, YouTube is running slower than a double amputee on ludes.
