Well it looks like the long rumored remake of "The Crow" is starting to fly. Producer Edward Pressmann has confirmed he's already offered the lead role to a "major actor". Now the big question is - Who?

One of those ones they shouldn't touch. Wish they'd do other Crow stories instead. Like Muth's or something.

The original's not even 20 years old yet. I don't see the point of a remake, frankly.

ok first off the Crow does not need a reboot, it just needs a sequel that the writer & director actually give a shit about! that is the beauty of the crow, you do not need to reboot it there are thousands of possible stories and characters that can be made up & used! the crow is not the person it is the CROW that is important. that being said I am glad they are treating this more like the comicbooks where the Crow can talk and has its own personality. I always found that interesting.

I agree with all the posters that a remake is def not needed. Remakes are all Hollywood can do so expect to see every decent movie ever made remade in the next few yrs lol. Did anyone see the Eddie Furlong Crow?? Reason right there to let Eric R.I.P

There are no words in any language that can even remotely begin to express my distaste for the idea of a remake of The Crow.

Oh fuck, no. I like the Crow and it already gets made fun of due to newbie kids trying to be creative by thinking they're expressing their dark side and now a remake that will appeal to these Twilight and scenester imbeciles?

i wouldn't be opposed to a Crow remake if the remake is closer to the source material than the '94 film was. I like the '94 film, definately one of my faves. but i would love a new movie, black and white, and much closer to the source material.
