Yep. It was a 3 issue Wildstorm/Homage mini-series by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner that came out in 2003.

Never read it, but it looks good.

The plot doesn't interest me all that much, but the setting it's given with the dramedy action might be fun. Love the line-up of actors.

This looks like a pretty kick ass movie. It's got a good line up of actors and I'm liking the story.

Dame Helen Mirren with an automatic weapon? (Not to mention appearing to break a guys neck with an iPad!)

Won't match the book but it'll still be good fun.

I've never even heard of the book, but I am SOOOOO going to see this. It looks great. I love the cast.

I first heard about the film last fall. I've been anticipating it as soon as I saw the cast...so I was really geeked out when they released the trailer today.

This looks pretty awesome.

Love that trailer. I love the cast and I think I'll watch this. I may need to hunt down the book as well. Looks entertaining.

I may look for the book if I like the movie, but I don't want to do it before I see the movie. I'd rather go into the movie with no preconceptions of what I think it should be.

From the reactions I've read, the movie is very different from the book.

Never heard of the book, but it was only 3 issues? How can they stretch that into a feature film? Then again, Kick Ass wasn't even finished yet when that started production, and it turned out o.k.

The cast is pretty top-notch, so I don't see how this could go wrong. Looking forward to this flick!
