One of today's Super-Fly Clips has been turned into my favorite LWiP clip of all time.

I just know the ringtone this week is going to be me saying "spearchucker" over and over again.

Fucking weird....I was thinking on my drive home from Ohio about how awesomely racist "spearchucker" is. Must be some kinda of casually racist ESP we have, Tad.

I'll forgive you... but just remember, I always liked Gargoyles.

Trying to remember back to my adolescent years... I'm pretty sure we weren't ALLOWED to watch Gargoyles in my house. My parents had a huge list of cartoons we weren't allowed to watch. I never saw The Simpsons until I was in high school.

I'm pretty sure, hearing from other people about the subject matter that Gargoyles dealt with, my parents put it on the shit list quickly.

I still get crap from my mom when I watch South Park. So glad to be moving...

It's nothing personal, I just have a hard time distinguishing between all the voices, with the exception of ska. I used to confuse voices on the PoPcast as well. I had no idea thinking people sound alike was such an affront.

I know Kristin's voice. I can usually tell Mary's voice. I sometimes get confused between Meg and Kristan and I sometimes get confused between Spazzy and Spaced. What usually happens is that I THINK I'm hearing someone, and then I hear the other person sound very distinctly "them" and realize that the first person was, in fact, the other princess in the pairing.

But yeah, people have confused Knize and I more than once, and even on occasion Lee and myself or Lee and Knize.

I think the big difference - and I don't mean this to be any kind of sleight - is less about voices and more about voices. We've been doing our show long enough that even if the three of us had the exact same vocal tones, people know which of us is going to make what comment, and can identify who said what based on that. Your show, girls, is significantly newer and each individual personality has yet to be so clearly defined. Therefore, when there's ANY question as to what sound was just heard - Princess A or Princess B - there's insufficient information for the brain to say "Oh, that was SO totally a Princess A comment"

Y'know what I mean?

Of course I don't sound like myself right now. This illness has me losing my voice. I'll be lucky if I have anything left for recording.

To be perfectly honest, sometimes I have a hard time distinguishing your voice, Sapph, from my own girlfriend's. It's the nature of the beast.

Haha, of course we don't sound alike to you (or to me!), but I guess I can see where other people would think we sound similar. Ohhh, radio. It's just the other edge of the sword, I suppose; we have a show featuring a bunch of awesome foxy nerd girls with varying tastes and personalities, but because there are so many voices, listeners who aren't as acquainted with us have some trouble picking out who's who 100% of the time.
