The TV commercials out here crack me up. I've never seen so many ads for churches and the Mormons in my entire life! One the other day simply says "Do good. Trust Jesus."

I DO trust Jesus... he's the best gardener I've ever had.

I don't know. Am I the only one that thinks maybe they should take some of the stupid amount of $ they got after it caught on fire to, I don't know, HELP the community? I'm sure that a giant statue is inspiring and all but when people are starving and homeless, a giant statue isn't much help.

I just bought my sister's Christmas present. It's something she won't expect to get from me, and I can't wait to give it to her! She was talking about it at Thanksgiving, but I think she was planning on getting it for herself, so it should be a complete surprise.

For those interested, she's a big Manchester United fan, and wanted a Ryan Giggs jersey. So I got her the really posh long-sleeved home jersey.

I feel like such a good big brother now.
