wow, the write-up makes it sound like a pretty cool show. how does it hold up nowadays thought for you UK guys?

The Brits ruled us 1917-48, but I wouldn't consider myself a "UK guy".

i wasn't realy referring you as a UK guy, Spidey, it's just said it was mainly in the UK so i was asking UK people.

It wasn't mainly in the UK. It was a hit in Europe, Middle East and probably Japan.

OK, gotch'ya. anyway i saw the first ep, it was cute but i might skip to the Dolf rising episodes 22-25. I did happen to see a slight japanese influence in some of the things.

Well, the production was Dutch but the animation was done in Japan.

If you're skipping episodes, I suggest watching 5-6 (related to Dolf's story), 16-20. As for the Dolf rising to power, start with 21. As for the rest: 27, 32, 33, 36-38, 41-42, 43 (a somewhat related to Dolf rise), 45, 46, 52.

wow, thanks Spidey, it's cool that the makers of the show wanted to have these kinda themes, i really appalaud them and the other cartoons that have courage for this like Pixar does.
