There's a clear difference between rape and simulated rape. Yes, rape, the illegal kind, is wrong and not nice. Simulated rape, while not the norm, is just another variation on BDSM/roleplaying.

No. If they imagine them as actual children, than yes. Those costumes are very teenage based, and our teens is when we develop sexually. It's natural to recall that time and those situations with fondness. Now, if you like to dress your partner up like the six year old down the street, that's a different matter.

No tentacle-rape hentai I have ever seen has ever represented the girls as anything younger than legal (18). Now, I haven't seen that much, so I could be wrong, but one of the biggest problems I have with people who so vehemently hate Hentai/Furry, is the generalization.
