Not really a single moment in particular, but I thought thatHenrik Zetterberg's performance in this years Stanley Cup final was brilliant.
Detroit didn't win but either way Henrik was a class act

I don't have any good feelings towards the Wings, but Zetterberg is awesome.

Would love to see him team up with Lundqvist on the Rangers.

My favorite sports memory will forever be etched in my brain till the end of time. It was October 27th, 2004, 3 days before my 22nd birthday. I was having a few drinks watching game 4 of the World Series at a friends house and as the game came to and end you heard it "Back to Foulke, Red Sox fans have longed to hear it: The Boston Red Sox are World Champions."

When that happened it was the single greatest moment in sports for me. It was something that both my grandfather and my father never got to see happen in their lifetime along with a whole generation of fans. That was history. The Boston Red Sox had finally won the World Series of baseball.

The state of Massachusetts went into a frenzy, for 86 years those words had not been spoken and when they were the commonwealth went nuts. The city of Boston was fueled on so much city pride, booze, and fandemonium. What I'm saying is "they were paaaaaaaaaaahtyin' kid". It has never been so loud, just chants of "Lets go Red Sox". It got a little out of control too, well I mean, just check out the video

With that being said, I'm a die hard Red Sox fan and always will be, can't wait till next baseball season, so Rath as long as we don't speak about '86, we're cool. My dad went to game 5 and we watched game 6 together at home on tv, I was just barely 4 and that is one of the earliest and worst sports memories I have. My dad being crazy pissed, yelling at the tv, my mom all worried not knowing what to do, me little and not really knowing whats going on. Its all kind of hazy but its there.

And hrdwrkngXsoldier, we'll see what happens Sunday. Its been quite a season so far, although you have to admit this was pretty cool

5 touchdowns in one quarter in a snow storm in October, granted it was against Tennessee, but I won't hold it against them. I can't wait for the Colts game man, its gonna be a good one.

It's got to be when my beloved Chelsea Football Club won the Premier League in 2005. First League title since 1955! That was pretty amazing, I remember the day when we won it, that realisation that we'd won a trophy that I'd been dreaming of since I realised Football (soccer) was something more than something we played on the concrete school grounds.

The 1997 FA Cup Final between Chelsea & Middlesbrough. I watched the game at my Grandfather's house, and Roberto Di Matteo scored what was (then) the fastest goal ever scored in the tournament (within the first 30 seconds). Ironically this record was broken in 2009 against Chelsea, though Chelsea came back to win the game 2-1.

Other than that, there was a game at my local team, Brentford (who are a couple of leagues below the Premiership), when I went with my Dad & both my Grandfathers. That was a great feeling; all the men in the family enjoying a Saturday's game of football.(And Ben Burgess scored a goal from a center, which was amazing)

England vs Tunisia in the France 98 World Cup. It was England's first ficture, and I remember running home from school (aged 8) to see it, and Paul Scholes scored a beauty. England won the game 2-0.

There was also an all-night NHL Xbox tournament held at a friends house, about which I have many happy, crazy, drunken, victorious memories.

More of these as I think of them!

Couldn't believe it when I first saw this. You'd think if the ref missed these, one of the linesmen would have!
