I think I heard on the radio that they're coming to Israel soon, but didn't see anything in the band's tour schdule.
The first time they've been here ('93) I was too yung to care. Couple of years ago they had another show, but I couldn't afford it. Now I don't care at all for the current lineup or whatever they're doing. But maybe I'll go for the sake of nostalgia and hope they play more of their classic repertoire.

I saw Metallica for the first time this year. As far as classic songs they played 3 songs from Kill 'em All!

I have always been a fan since they released Kill 'em All. I do ignore the cd "St. Anger" I pretend that never existed. Death Magnetic was pretty good though.

Did anyone watch the "Some kind of Monster" movie that came with the album? I thought it was pretty intriguing. And after seeing what they went through, I completely forgive them for St. Anger

Love Metallica! I saw then early this year in NJ. I missed out on getting tickets at MSG. I know a lot of people dropped off the Metallica bandwagon but I will always be part of the Metal Militia. Master of Puppets is still my favorite album.
