If you were starting a new Wrestling company, which wrestler would be #1 pick?

I'd probably at this point go with Randy Orton.

I'd say CM Punk. He can wrestle, he can talk, and he can play both heel and face easily.

All great choices so far. I'm going with Kurt Angle. Even seriously injured he can have a great match with anyone. Plus he has "name" recognition which is crucial for a start-up.

Kurt Angle.

He isn't much of a draw outside of work rate fans but he is a big name from the last 10 years and he would give any new promotion a great deal of credibility based on in-ring product alone and that's a great building block to have.

We should all pick a full roster. Not a "dream" roster, but one based in reality right now. Cap it at 30 or 35? I think that's a good number of wrestlers to run a promotion with.

CM Punk or AJ Styles, both have pretty long careers ahead of them, both can wrestle their boots off and make their opponents look good, and they can talk on the mic, AJ hasn't done it much lately but he can be an absolute riot on the mic, remember his team with Tomko?

There's a few other guys I'd consider, namely Jericho even if he is on the down side of his career, but I'd want an all around guy with some sort of name recognition with some longevity and Punk and Styles are probably the cream of the crop from each of the big two organizations in those categories.
