Wow I gotta admit I really didnt want those 2 as members of the team but after seeing them on that cover with the Big 3 im down, but god i hope there's at least one more woman and also hopefully one that wasnt a New Avenger. That team has enough of the slots on this new lineup.

Sweet! I'm happy Spidey will be on the team and pleasantly surprised Logan will be too. I can't wait for this book.

So far we have: Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Spider-Woman, Hawkeye

I'm sure there will be a few more members rounding out the team...Mockingbird and Ms. Marvel are my guesses cuz we need some chicks!

No, no. It's with Thor and Hawkeye. And Bucky-Cap. And it'll be about the Avengers giving away ice cream in the neighborhood like they used to do back in the day, instead of fighting evil aliens and super-villains.

you're semi-right...Hawkeye = Ronin however, and Bucky-Cap joined the New A in issue #48..and I guess this one's going to miss Luke Cage...

Where's Doc McNasty to help me with this one?

I don't know if I like that cover. All the characters look to big, and Thor and Iron Man look weird.

Wolverine's my favorite character, but I'd much rather have him sticking to X-Men/X-Force...and Spider-Man...I already read 4 of his books a month...I think the Trinity with a few other big b-level names would've sold this book just as well...

Last time I'll say it, then I'll move on: Still not a fan of that art.

Also, I kind of wanted to see Wolverine move on down the road. Love him in the X-books, but he still just doesn't feel right as an Avenger to me. Although... it could be that they do some cool stuff with the Avengers public popularity in this run and how that affects Wolverine.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Yeah, it'll be hard for him operating in the shadows while also being in the spotlight. X-Factor should be a no-no for him if he continues with the Avengers. Unless he's a secret member of the Mightiest Heroes. We'll see.

and what does this...um...magazine do? I bought Wolverine #1 "Magazine" before for like $7 and it was the biggest piece of trash ever...reprints, Power Pack stories, a thrown-in Muskateers story, I wanted to die.

Marvel are doing these anthologies now at the start of every event or new status quo and after buying quite a few of these now I really think they're nothing more than advertising you have to pay for. However, on the other hand, if there's a bunch of new books coming up and these things give you a taste of them all I guess they can help with your decision making regarding which books you want to get (if this is what this is).

I decide what I want for free, by reading the solicits

Previews is there for a reason.

Aside from Captain America, I'm not impressed with the other characters.

Not a lot of new information. But I like the hints about the book including a lot of support characters that aren't necessarily part of the team. These previews are still keeping my interest.

It sounds pretty cool and even though it's every other month- I might just wait for the trade to come out for this. I'll see how I feel when it comes out and how it looks when I flip through it.
