If memory serves, Arthur became the Dweller in the Deep or else so was stated. There was a younger Aquaman that popped up. But now that you reminded me, I think I read Tempest will be a Black Lantern in either Titans or Teen Titans and I recall him as being alive when last seen.

The Aquaman that was in one panel of FC was supposedly Arthur. It was drawn as him and Morrison confirmed it in an interview. Of course it could just get ignored...

Tempest in on the cover of the latest Titans solicit, but wasn't mentioned as being a Black Lantern.
