Empire Records

This one of my favorite movie. It got a great cast alot actors who went on to do bigger things. A great story, Great lines and over a great movie. I'm not a fan of the dvd however cause it puts back scenes that didn't need to be put back. i kind wish i owned copy on vhs.

I fixed it by the way.

I watched the Empire Records Remixed Fan Edition with Nubbins one night and she kept pointing out where all the new stuff was added in and I had no clue because that's the only version of it I had ever seen. I swear every 5 minute she was like wait a minute that's different.

The only thing I really remember from this movie was the cameo from Gwar.

Good movie, I remember wanting to work in a record store after seeing this. I also remember glueing quarters to the floor of my middle school.

Great Film!!!!

I constantly use the lines "Don't be sad...It's Rex Manning Day!" and "OH Rexie your so Sexy".

"Whats with all the hostility, Warren" actually entered into standard usage in my family after I rented this movie and made everyone watch it. It took me watching the movie again a few years later to realize we were misquoting it but oh well.

I love this movie sooooooo much!! When ever ANYONE says "damn the man" I always have to finish with "Save the Empire!". Its just a awesome flick! Though I still like the movie version of "Sugar High" with the added female vocals. Totally fantastic!

When I applied at Virgin Mega Store in Dallas I put on my application that since I had seen that movie in high school I wanted to work at a record store. That plus my wonderful music knowledge got me the job. Too bad they were totally corporate and it sucked to work for them! I could not even have all my piercings in at work! Booooo! lol

I remember finally seeing Empire Records after all my friends talked about it and wasn't too impressed. It was okay, I guess.
