If it weren't for the Adamantium skeleton, I'd say Spidey wins by ripping Logan apart with spidey-strength and then webbing up the bits and pieces in various spots about the north-east.
With Adamantium Skeleton, however, Wolvie slices and dices Spidey and sends him home to Aunt May in a sandwich bag.

I love Wolverine overexposed ass! But Spidey has super strength, awesome agility, and a Spider sense you can't sneak up on, and he talks crap to you in battle. Look at the classic "Secret Wars" series where he beat a higher powered Titania.

Wolverine may have more combat experience, the adamantium, heightened senses, and the healing factor but Spider-Man has super strength, super agility, super reflexes, is faster, and has the spidey-sense.

The question is also who will go the farthest, which is definitely Wolverine. Spidey will never kill his enemies on purpose, but a berserk Wolvie will slice and dice untill nothing is left of his opponent.

Well if Wolvie hunts down Spidey to Aunt May's location OR lots of innocent people are going to die/get gravely injured... Spidey will f**in' flip out on Wolvie and do his damndest to stop him.

I'm going with most of the replies and say Webhead because of strength and agility is ridiculous. Let alone the fact his spider-sense gives him extraordinary reaction-time.

Wolverine would destroy Spider-man. He's not as strong, but that healing factor is invaluable. Throw in the decades of experience Wolverine has against so many different types of enemies and the fact that he won't hesitate for a second to get the job done and it's a pretty clear win. I give it to Wolverine, 7/10.

Nah. What good are adamantium claws if they're webbed to your chest, wall, or whatever. Given, Logan has a great sense of smell, but it doesn't beat Spidey's sense.
Spidey has an uncanny ability to fight someone and learn their pattern pretty quickly. That's how villains, even his best, almost become hacks after one fight. It's that blamed eidetic memory mixed with spider-sense's "memory" that gets the job done. Hence why his best create teams like the Sinister Six and junk. :P

By that logic then Spider-man should never, ever have much of a struggle against a villain because, hey, he can just web them up. Except that's rarely the case.
