1st Annual PoP! NFL Pool - Week 10

After PoP! Week one A.K.A NFL week 9, the braniacs of the community, banded together to match their NFL wit.

Again, are no prizes for this thing, it is more for bragging rights. This is open for everybody and there will be no weeks dropped because it is mid-season. All you have to do is pick the winner for each game.

THURSDAY GAMES START THIS WEEK if you don't get you're pick for thursdays game in, you can still play, it just cuts away some of your edge. You may pick your thursday game choice and your other games seperately if you need time to evaluate. Picks are due before kick-off on Sunday. Point totals will be calculated each week and the person with the highest grand-total at the end of the season gets bragging rights. (unless someone decides this is a worthy thing to put prizes up for, but it's not like PoP has a store and tons of merch to float our way, so maybe we'll have a trophy designed for the winner to place in their signature. (another contest for designing that I guess.)

**Also because this is mid-season there will be two, games featured as tough calls of the week, these will be worth 2 points instead of 1, that should make this a little more exciting** (Denoted by **) (Also I will try to never have this be a Thursday game, but I can make no promises.)

See this time they are playing in pitsburgh and Palamalu is playing. Those are both big factors in my decission. I just think it is unlikely that they beat them twice. Just like if th colts played the patriots twice, i would probably actually pick the patriots in the home game.... nah I wouldn't but I can understand how it is to believe in your team. I have no doubt that Cinci is for the realio yo. I just see them as more of a wildcard team and not a division champ. Didn't Johnson or somebody fromt he bangles get banged up too?

Chris Henry fractured his arm and is out for the season. Bummer, but it won't matter. First it was we couldn't Pitts or Baltimore. Then it was well, theres no way we would beat Baltimore again. Now it's well okay, but not Pitts. Lol it's okay, we like being the underdog. Maybe monday, after we beat Pittsburgh people will finally show some respect.

Yes! What a game. lol, man oh man, Colts, it was ugly.

The pats coach is going to get a spanking from the front office. Man did bill blow that game. I think Manning could have still won it from their 30 just as easy. It was a beautiful 9-0 start for the team that wears the lucky horseshoe. But that is the type of hard nosed clutch football that wins championships, and home field.

To be fair though, The Colts played horribly. Until the last quarter. They looked ugly. They won't be able to win a championship playing like that, their last few have been nothing but Manning. He can't win em all alone.

Belichick could knock over a Dunkin Donuts on Christmas Day and he would still have a job with the Patriots.

Obviously he's not going to be fired, but theres not a coach alive who would go for it instead of punt. That was easily one of the worst calls I can remember a coach making ever.

Agree 100%. Even if they make it I would still be saying that's a bad call to go for it. You lost the game for your team instead of making them winning it (hope that makes sense).
