The PoP!ples Choice Awards: Category Suggestions!

Alright, let's get things moving. The awards will be announced on the March 9th PoP!Cast, commemorating our 1 year anniversary as a site.

For the next week, we need to iron out the categories, so, by Sunday, Feb 14th, we will narrow down the list from all suggestions. PLEASE make suggestions, and they will be considered. Also, funny names for each award are welcomed!

After the categories are ironed out, we will accept nominations for all categories until Wed, February 24th. Those four in each category that receive the most nominations will be on the ballot.

From February 25th to Sunday, March 7, polls will be open for each category. We will announce the winners on March 9th.

while doing the original planning for the awards these were some of the "funny" names I came up with

and may I say what a strong list of awards for this

I added your names for the Foreigner and MVP award. I don't get the BMG one.

You're wrong X2. The year goes from March to Feb...so as with the Calendar, we had 12 girls.

And we started on March 6th.

I'm assuming when we get down to it, actual Pop stars will not be eligible for most of the awards, except the fave Pop Star and stuff like that?


And I don't think there should be much to add, thats a pretty good list, and you have to leave a little room to grow each year.

I thought about excluding us from any of the awards, but come'on, we contribute a lot to the forum. However, if we have 5 nominees and only 6 spots, I think the PoP!star gets cut every time.

I think, by default, if an award is named after you, you are ineligible.
