My brother hates best buy. Only because he saw this investigation of bestbuy on one of those new shows and he's heard stories from best buy so he doesn't trust them.


So he wants a Laptop now and i tell them it he should get it best buy and get a good deal but no he doesn't even wanna do that.

Most of my electronic stuff comes from bestbuy and i've never had a single problem with them.

What's wrong with Best Buy that people boycott it? I've bought all my electronics there, and have never had an issue with repair or replacement...they gave us a brand-new HDTV when they couldn't fix what was wrong with our old one...and we actually got a better TV!

Granted, the one by us is staffed by complete morons, and if you want any kind of knowledgeable answer you have to go to a manager, but I've never had a -bad- experience with them.

I wish they were a little more consistent with the Blu-Rays they got in, but that's my only real complaint.

I was once an extremely loyal shopper, but they hosed me pretty good in 2004. I'm not very vocal about it, nor do I try to get anyone to join my cause, but I won't give them anymore of my money after they treated me the way they did.

so far i have owned and still funtioning 3 gateway product from them

my buddy luis went through 4 laptops of hp - it keeps breaking


i trust gateway and lol my bestbuy card lets me buy things and pay it off later lol soo i hav nothing against bestbuy really. on top of that i worked on a starbucks store beside the one near my work at the mall - lol so thats double whammy - but thts just for me lol

laptops come and that goes for electronics - dosent matter where u buy em really

God I miss the days of the prank wars

Now he drives me nuts for a far more serious reason. As some of you know he is very ill. Yesterday he collapsed and we needed to rush him to hospital. He is still there as I type this.

Being on here is the only thing that's stopping me from breaking down in tears
