I would go with:
Spider-Man. I mean he's all about power and responsibility. I've always felt he was one of Marvel's best heroes.
Captain America. How can you not put him up there as one of Marvel's premiere heroes.
As for villains?
Norman Osborne. The dude is crazy and power hungry

Greatest Hero: Sentry... well at least he has the potential to be. By resume I would have to agree with Jaydee and say Cap and spidey are up there.
Greatest villian: Beyonder/Void/Sentry. But on a lower power scale again I would have to again go along with Jaydee and Say Norman Osborne and Loki. They just have had more success as of late. But the most fun to read for me is Mrs Sinister or Apocalypse

I actaully like gambit and do want to see more done with his character, we lost a lot when he lost his series. But I think he is far from the greatest hero.
