PoP!ulation Hockey Jerseys

The jerseys did indeed come in on Friday. They look really nice, but there are some fairly substantial imperfections on the logo (some have blurry text, some have separation issues) that I want addressed before sending these out. Ideally, they'll replace them completely meaning you all get 2. Otherwise, I'd settle for repairs or partial refunds. Regardless, I'm not mailing these out unless they're perfect if I don't have to. You all paid far too much for that. Needless to say, how they react to my (perfectly valid) complaint will affect the availability on wave 2 because if they don't square us up, we won't be ordering from them again. There will be a wave 2 for sure, but pricing may be different.

Playing phone tag this morning with the jersey peeps. I should have some information by the end of the day, hopefully.

The big boss is out until Tuesday, but the sales rep did follow up. Just got off the phone and she was very receptive and apologetic, so this thing is going to get straightened out one way or another. Sorry for the delay, guys. I just want to ensure you get the best for your money. I don't want to send substandard jerseys. They're too swank to be anything but perfect and I you.

Are you sending out the jerseys that aren't flawed?

That's the plan, but I want some clarification on a solution first. Regardless, your was pretty jacked-up, unfortunately.

The good jerseys are going out. I've contacted you if you should expect yours The others I have to ship back to Canada and wait for repairs. I can't apologize enough for the delays on these, but I can promise you the wait will be worth it once you get these things in your grubby little hands.

The jerseys are en route back to the mother land. I'll continue to keep you all updated.

Jerseys are in. I've had to do some minor repairs (LONG story), but they're ready to ship. If I don't get to them tomorrow, I will on Monday. I thank you all for your patience. As soon as I find a new vendor (and we are totally getting a new vendor), I'll start plans on the next run.

are you planning on different logos or keeping the same logo. Also how many letters can be on the back?

We'll probably keep the logo the same because I really love it (and most other folks seem to, too). This place really didn't have a limit on letters. They got some long names on these. C-Pain ordered a small jersey and they still managed to fit "Captain Painway" on the back. Whether or not the new place can be as accommodating, I can't say. Also, I'd expect both price and some most likely the exact color scheme to change a bit as well. I'll do what I can to keep costs down, but I simply will not do business with The Sporting Store again.

I'd definitely considered a football jersey. We'll reexamine the idea once I've put some space between myself and this cluster-eff and see what folks would rather have: football or hockey.
