Flat Rate means flat rate. One rate, for all books. Same with the boxes and envelopes and stuff.

You're welcome. I got that as a gag gift years ago, but I thought it was kind of cool looking because it was black and goth looking. After awhile I just kind of put it away and came actross it a few months ago as I was looking for something.
