Watched WCW Slamboree 95: A Legend's Reunion tonight!

i really miss the few glory days TNA had. I mean, they still have some amazing talent (Styles, Daniels, Joe, Abyss, etc.) but the once decent promotion is now being bogged down by confusing booking and by way too many WWE throwaways(Angle, The Hardys, The Dudleys, etc.). I mean, i realize these guys can't just exactly quit doing what they love, but quit bullshitting the fans about it. I don't want a heartfelt retirement speech from Tommy Dreamer only to have him turn up 5 months later under a different promotion. I get it, it's the nature of the business but it needs to change. TNA really did used to be a greata place to catch maybe one or two guys from WWE who were never 'at the top' in the WWE, but could really do well in the main event scene in TNA (Specifically Jarrett and Raven), but now. Fuck it. TNA is suffering from all the problems WCW did back right before it was bought out. Hopefully when TNA is bought out, guys like Styles, Daniels and Joe don't just sit at home, collecting a paycheck until their contracted time is up. If Levesque is smart, when he takes over for Vince, he'll buy it up the first chance he gets.

Look. I don't even have a problem with talent from WWE/WCW/ECW coming to TNA. It's fine. People jumped around between WWE, WCW and ECW all the time in the 90's. My problem is don't push aside the guys that are TNA born and bred. That's not cool. Try to integrate all of the wrestlers together and if you do that, you got a stronger brand because I think these guys from the other promotions have something to offer TNA but don't put the guys that got you to where you are on the back burner because that's just bullshit.

Sting in the WWE has been kind of a dream of mine for some time now. I would love to see that and I hope the WWE uses him in a productive manner.

100% correct. A lot of sites jumped on this wishing it was confirmed. Especially since the NY Daily News ran a story on it.

I have trouble seeing Sting fit in outside of a year long Undertaker feud. Taker and Kane, thats all I see him for.

A Sting/Undertaker feud would be cool. I kind of want to see him as WWE champ but that's just me.

I'm still seeing Barret vs Taker at WrestleMania as the most likely match this year.

Booker T is being used as the newest Smackdown commentator. I am a bit bummed by this, I would rather see him in action.
