PoP! Halloween Battle Royale Round 2

Ok guys, here's the deal. I took the votes from the first round and used those for seedings. Whne characters had the same amount of votes I used the randomiser again. Seedings wont change again. From here on out it's a straight tournament environment.

The Voting for this round will close when I get up in the morning. As you can see it's usually around noon. This will be the last round with only one day to vote.

As for info on characters: If you don't feel like you can make an informed decision that is fine. It worked really well with people abstaining from match ups they did not know about.
