Why would one of the 2 gay dudes on PoP! want to be FGotM? It'd remove 50% of the possible eye candy for them.

I don'tunderstand your math.

I love looking at the girls but I know I have no possible chance of being nothing but a friend to them. I enjoy reading about their intrests and would be all for seeing what other peoples intrests are regardless of gender or orientation.

Well, if it should be a gay dude, then the 2 gay dudes would be considered, right? If that's the case, 1 of them would have to win. So whichever one wins probably doesn't get a chubby looking at themselves, so only 1 of the guys could actually "enjoy" the pictures.

It does, but my reasons for waning it aren't about being or seeing eye candy. I just feel that PoP! has interesting members on both sides of the gender divide

Perhaps a separate "Fan of the Month"? I think FGotM should be what it is. I don't believe in altering something so it's open for everybody. Opening up something new, though? I can't see the problem there.

Careful, guys. The one and only time I implied that FGotM was based on physical attributes or might be less-than-altruistic, I was soundly told off.

FGotM is just a feature to showcase our geek girls and the artists that frequent the site. That is what I was told, and why I got slapped around a bit.
