Apparently at the new job the management doesn't like to formally approve time off this far in advance (which is the complete reverse of every job I've worked), but my supervisor says it won't be a problem. Huzzah!

by doing a shit load of overtime beginning of this month - my funds are sorta now in the green for this trip bring on the boobs! man boobs, flat boobs, nice boobs, snapping boobs, stinky boobs, boobies for a pennnyyyy - if we dont have it u dont wannntt itttt

It had more to do with money, or lackthereof, than anything. The offer I received helped free up some funds, and was extremely generous, so I felt like I could justify attending. And if I'm going to go, then I'm going to be super-excited about seeing crazy shit that intimidates my delicate sensibilities.

No disputing the offer was extremely generous.

I still need to go get a hotel room....bugger

Yup, I think they had a couple spots open even. And I think that Rocktacular looks amazing, there had better be a burlesque Toad or my heart will have a sad.

I just found out another one of my favorite artists is going who is not on the list yet so I am starting to feel better about the comic guest line up. Just wish the would update the damn list so I don't have to run around and find out who is going.
