Need help with WUMB account!!!

i've forgotten my password yesterday on WUMB after i changed it. I sent in the thingie to get a new password in my hotmail, but nothing came. i tried again and again nothing. the hell's going on?

What happened to Spider_Fan's 1 through 13?

I killed them all there is only room for one.....

#1 fell into drugs and other addictions, committed suicide two years into the role.
#2 had a run of four years, eventually retiring to build a family and become part of the Jehovah Witnesses. Five years ago he returned to the media after being charged for raping Jehovah girls.
#3 was murdered by a mugger five months after becoming a Spider_Fan.
#4 went to a vacation in the jungles of Guatemala and was never heard of again.
#5 wanted to change his sex and was fired. Today he/she hosts shows in Vegas under the name Spider_Fanny1.
#6 had the longest far - eight years - and retired to pursue other dreams. So far, he's a failure.
#7 was fired two weeks after starting the job, when it was revealed it was a girl pretending to be a man, who wanted badly to be a Spider_Fan.
#8 was killed in a boat accident during a show, in the beginning of his second year in the role. Because of that, there was no Spider_Fan for over 3 years.
#9 being the first Spider_Fan in three years, this one was welcomed warmly by the media and fans. A racy joke destroyed his career.
#10 participated in a wrestling fight, ended with him going comatose and suffering from brain damage to this day.
#11 was charged for pedophilia.
#12 was fired after an early porn film of his was exposed by the media.
