If no one has heard about it I suggest looking into it. It's about eating the right foods, 6 meals a day, pretty much never being hungry, and still losing weight. I know it sounds too good to be true but my mom lost 15 lbs. by following the book and I'm willing to try it because I'm tired of cutting and counting calories. I found a bunch of recipes on the Men's Health website (guy who created the diet works for them but it works for women too). Since I just went grocery shopping a few days ago I'm going to try and eat that food sensibly then buy some of the stuff the book says I should eat. Good thing I'm not a picky eater! But.. I will have to learn how to conquer the blender.
Maybe we should start another Biggest Loser challenge? This is a programed designed to loose an average of 10 lbs in 6-weeks (though most people I've read about have lost a bit more.. up to 30 lbs or so). My goal is to be a size 7 by Christmas. I think dropping one pants size is a very reasonable goal.
