Hey Pop'ers I was lucky enough to score these at Wondercon yesterday. If anybody wants one or both pm me, free USPS ground shipping to the continental United States for Pop'ers. I'm selling it for $80 each or $150 for both (still free shipping). I'll be throwing this on Ebay on Monday the 5th if no one is interested. Only take Paypal. Please make sure you want it because I don't do returns.

It was $22 and change each. But they were drawing tickets from a bag for the opportunity to buy it. I don't know if they'll be doing the same thing or if it's just first come first serve type of thing.

C'mon now guys you're killing me. On Ebay these have sold from $90 to $130, plus shipping on top of that which is typically $10 to $15. Trust me i've been watching or feel free to check it out. It'll be under action figures query "Wondercon". And if you guys are still upset feel free to sock me in the gut next C2E2.

Look at it this way. It cost Hannibal King $50 to buy both of those statues, available at a convention only. Take into account that he'd paid for a ticket and transportation to that convention, plus the fact it was a random lottery to be able to buy it, and $150 + shipping suddenly isn't all that terribly expensive for someone not going to a con that really, really wants both statues. He's making a profit on them, but he also made the initial investment of going out to that con and got lucky enough to be able to actually buy them.

Or you could not buy things you don't want, just to sell them later. I'm not buying things from a middle man. Especially one that is just some greedy dude. He could have stayed out of the drawing, thus leaving a chance for someone who genuinely wanted the things to be able to buy them at the normal price, not some jacked up scalper price. The dude isn't a store, he's a dude, ripping people off.

True, but to the kid who really wants those statues but can't afford the $300 plane ticket/train ticket/gas to drive to the city the show is being held in, plus the $200 a night hotel to stay for the whole weekend, just for the chance to buy the statues, $150 + shipping is the deal of the fuckin' century.
