Basically it is from bands that has all or mostly dead members to bands that broke up. Whether the band is dead or "dead", which one would you want to see that you've never got to experience live?

Speaking of experiences, mine has to be Jim Hendrix.

I know the guy gets hyperbole a lot about his talent, but the guy is magic with a guitar. To be able to see him perform would,...no good words...spectacular, fascinating, awe-inspiring come to mind, but nothing that'd do it justice.

The Doors were very close. Just thought I'd mention them because they mean something to me too.

So, again, whose revenance(s) do you crave musically?

U2. What? They've been dead to me in about 15 years.

But seriously: Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits and the list is very old. Basically, this is why I wish I had a time machine.

^ Hah.

But ya, a time machine in this scenario would work because you wouldn't effect too much by just listening.

I'm not as much of a fan of them as I was in high school, but it would have been cool to see Nirvana.

My dad still has the ticket stub for one of their shows in the 70s. Same with Boston, Rolling Stones, and The Who.

I would have loved to have seen the Stones during the early 70's, before they became a cultural punchline.

I would pay good money to see Zepp with Jason Bonham (or fuck...DAVE GROHL) on drums.

I got a chance to see them but it was a part of a concert festival. I never go to see them headline a show. Would have loved to have seen them at CBGB's
